Ingredients

  • Mini clear cups (9 oz size)
  • Assorted crackers (about 4-5 per cup)
  • Salami slices (2-3 per cup)
  • Prosciutto (1-2 thin slices per cup)
  • Pepperoni (3-4 pieces per cup)
  • Cheddar cheese cubes (3-4 cubes per cup)
  • Baby mozzarella balls (2-3 per cup)
  • Gouda or havarti slices (1-2 small triangles per cup)
  • Red grapes (3-4 per cup)
  • Dried apricots or figs (1-2 pieces per cup)
  • Marinated olives (2-3 per cup)
  • Almonds or pecans (a small handful per cup)
  • Honey (a small drizzle per cup)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients first. Cube your cheddar cheese into bite-sized pieces—about half-inch cubes. Cut the grapes in half lengthwise. Pat the mozzarella balls dry with a paper towel. Slice any larger salami pieces into smaller strips if needed.
  2. Layer the crackers at the bottom. Place 3-4 crackers in the bottom of each cup. Break one or two into smaller pieces to fill the gaps.
  3. Add the meats. Fold or roll each slice of salami and prosciutto and tuck them into the cup, pressing gently against the sides. Put the salami on one side and the prosciutto on the other. The pepperoni pieces can go in the middle.
  4. Add the cheeses. Drop in the cheddar cubes and mozzarella balls, distributing them evenly. If using gouda or havarti, cut them into small triangles and tuck them in between the other cheeses.
  5. Add the fruits and extras. Scatter the grape halves, dried apricots, and olives around the cup. Sprinkle a small handful of almonds or pecans on top.
  6. Drizzle with honey (optional but amazing). Using a small spoon, drizzle about half a teaspoon of honey over the top.
  7. Repeat until all cups are filled. This recipe should make about 8-10 cups.
  8. Chill until serving. Place the assembled cups on a tray and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes before serving.

Notes

Pat all wet ingredients dry before adding to cups to prevent sogginess. Don’t overfill cups—leave about half an inch of space at the top. For transport, place a paper towel between layers to prevent sliding. Can be made up to 24 hours in advance; add honey drizzle just before serving. Use a muffin tin to keep cups stable during assembly.
