A quick and easy game day grazing board that comes together in under 20 minutes. Perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal effort—just grab your favorite ingredients and arrange them on a board.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz salami, sliced
  • 6 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz soppressata or capicola (optional)
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar, sliced into cubes or triangles
  • 6 oz brie, at room temperature
  • 4 oz aged gouda or manchego, sliced
  • 1 box (about 8 oz) crackers (mix of water crackers, wheat thins, and buttery rounds)
  • 1 small baguette, sliced into thin rounds and lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1/2 cup fig jam or apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard (optional)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, red or green
  • 1/2 cup cornichons or small pickles
  • 1/2 cup marinated olives (Castelvetrano or kalamata)
  • 1/4 cup dried apricots or figs
  • 1/4 cup roasted almonds or pecans (optional)
  • Fresh herbs like rosemary sprigs or thyme (for garnish, optional)
  • Dark chocolate squares (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place your large board or baking sheet on a clean counter. If using a wooden board, leave it as-is for a rustic look. For a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper. Set out small bowls for dips and olives, arranging them in the corners or edges of the board first.
  2. Place cheese blocks or slices around the board, spacing them out evenly. Put the brie in a central spot. Slice the cheddar into cubes or triangles and arrange them in a small pile. For aged gouda, use a cheese plane to make thin shavings and fan them out in a row.
  3. Fold or roll the salami slices into little bundles and place them near one of the cheese piles. For prosciutto, gently separate the thin slices and drape them loosely. If using soppressata, layer the slices in a small stack.
  4. Arrange crackers and baguette slices in the empty spaces around the meats and cheeses. Create small clusters of different cracker types. If you toasted the baguette slices, let them cool completely before adding to the board.
  5. Scatter grapes in small bunches around the board. Place cornichons and olives in their designated bowls. Tuck dried apricots or figs into any remaining gaps.
  6. Spoon honey mustard and fig jam into their bowls. Place whole grain mustard in a third bowl if using. Fill any bare spots with extra crackers or almonds. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs or thyme.
  7. Place small spoons in the dip bowls and set out napkins. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use rice crackers or gluten-free bread. Swap brie with a vegan cashew cheese if needed. No prosciutto? Use turkey slices or omit entirely. Take cheeses and meats out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before serving for best flavor. If making ahead, assemble everything except crackers and fresh items up to 2 hours in advance; cover loosely and refrigerate. Add crackers, grapes, and garnishes just before serving.
