Instructions

  1. Wash and prep the fruit: rinse strawberries, blueberries, and other berries; hull and slice strawberries; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Slice cheeses: cut harder cheeses like cheddar into bite-sized cubes or thin slices; keep soft cheeses like ricotta in small bowls; form fresh mozzarella into small balls.
  3. Arrange meats: fold or loosely roll slices of prosciutto and salami to keep the board airy and inviting.
  4. Lay out crackers and bread: fan out crackers and baguette slices around the edges or in small stacks on the board.
