A quick and easy naan pizza topped with fresh peaches, creamy burrata cheese, and a drizzle of honey, perfect for a light and refreshing summer meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pieces naan bread (68 inches each)
  • 2 medium fresh peaches, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • A handful fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper, a few cracks
  • Optional: red pepper flakes
  • Optional: toasted pine nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and position a rack in the middle.
  2. Rinse and dry the peaches. Cut around the pit and slice each half into thin slices about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Lightly brush each naan piece with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Place the naan on a baking sheet. Tear the burrata into chunks and scatter evenly over the naan, leaving about a 1/2-inch border. Arrange the peach slices on top, overlapping slightly.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper over the peaches and cheese.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges of the naan are golden and crisp and the burrata is softening but not melted.
  7. Remove from oven. Scatter torn fresh basil leaves over the top, then drizzle honey evenly across each naan pizza.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

If burrata is too wet, pat dry with a paper towel before assembling to prevent soggy naan. Slice peaches thinly to warm quickly without releasing too much juice. Add honey drizzle only after baking to avoid bitterness. Use fresh ripe peaches for best flavor. Avoid overloading toppings to keep naan crisp.
