Easy Sparkling Apple Cider Mimosa Mocktail Recipe

Easy Sparkling Apple Cider Mimosa Mocktail - featured image

A crisp, bubbly, and refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail made with just three ingredients. Perfect for fall brunches, baby showers, or any celebration where you want something festive without the alcohol.

Ingredients

  • Sparkling apple cider, chilled
  • Plain seltzer water or club soda, chilled
  • Fresh apple slices or cinnamon sticks (for garnish, optional)
  • A splash of pure maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • A squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • A dash of ground cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill your ingredients. Pop both bottles in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
  2. Prepare your garnishes. Slice your apple into thin rounds or half-moons. If using cinnamon sticks, have them ready.
  3. Fill your glass about halfway with sparkling apple cider. For a standard champagne flute, that’s about 3 to 4 ounces.
  4. Top off with seltzer water. Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles. Fill until the glass is about three-quarters full. Use a ratio of roughly 2 parts cider to 1 part seltzer.
  5. Add your optional extras. If using maple syrup, lemon juice, or spices, stir them in gently now.
  6. Garnish and serve immediately. Slide an apple slice onto the rim of the glass, drop in a cinnamon stick if using, and serve right away.

Notes

Chill all ingredients thoroughly to maintain bubbles. Pour seltzer slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. Serve immediately for best fizz. For a crowd, mix in a pitcher just before serving.
