Quick and fun no-bake monster pretzel bites combining salty crunch with sweet, melty chocolate and whimsical candy eyes. Perfect for parties, kids, or a playful snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 4050 candy eyes
  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, crushed nuts, or colored sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butter or coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Spread mini pretzels on a clean surface or large bowl for easy dipping.
  3. Dip each pretzel halfway or fully into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, place 1 or 2 candy eyes on each pretzel bite using tweezers or fingers.
  5. Optionally sprinkle colored sugar or crushed nuts on top for extra texture and color.
  6. Let the pretzel bites set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until firm.
  7. Serve and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

If chocolate thickens during dipping, reheat gently for 10-15 seconds. Place candy eyes quickly before chocolate sets. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate if warm. Bring refrigerated bites to room temperature before serving for best flavor.
