This Easy Chocolate Candy Corn Bark with Pretzels and M&Ms is a quick, no-bake treat that combines creamy chocolate, salty pretzels, and festive candy corn. Perfect for Halloween parties or a fun weekend project, it’s a crowd-pleaser that comes together in just 15 minutes of active work.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (340g) milk chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (about 100g) mini pretzel twists
  • 1 cup (about 170g) candy corn
  • 1/2 cup (about 85g) M&Ms
  • Flaky sea salt (optional, for finishing)

Instructions

  1. Line a 13×18-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
  2. Combine the milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts at 50% power, stirring well after each interval, until smooth and glossy (about 2 to 3 minutes total). Do not overheat.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle the mini pretzel twists evenly over the melted chocolate. Gently press them down so they stick.
  5. Scatter the M&Ms over the chocolate and pretzels. Press them in gently.
  6. Sprinkle the candy corn over the top. Press them down lightly so they embed into the chocolate.
  7. If using, sprinkle a small pinch of flaky sea salt over the entire surface.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is completely firm and set. (Alternatively, 30 minutes in the freezer works, but watch closely.)
  9. Once set, lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet. Break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands or use a sharp knife for cleaner edges. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Do not skip pressing the toppings into the chocolate to prevent them from falling off. Use room-temperature toppings to avoid chocolate seizing. For best results, let the bark set completely in the fridge for at least 1 hour. If using a double boiler, ensure no water gets into the chocolate.
