  • 2 cups (about 300 g) vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) chocolate syrup
  • 45 ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Measure out 2 cups (300 g) of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk, 4 oz (120 ml) Baileys Irish Cream, 1/2 tsp mint extract, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chocolate syrup, and 4-5 ice cubes.
  2. Place the ice cream, milk, Baileys, mint extract, chocolate syrup, and ice cubes into the blender jar.
  3. Pulse on low to combine and then blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until creamy and thick.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor by adding more mint extract or chocolate syrup if desired, then blend briefly again.
  5. Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses.
  6. Top with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately.
