A tangy and creamy dip combining the bold flavor of blue cheese with the fresh creaminess of Greek yogurt. Perfect for parties, snacks, and casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz (115 g) crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (6 g) chopped chives or parsley (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients: Measure out Greek yogurt, blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and chop chives or parsley if using.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Stir gently until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Fold in the crumbled blue cheese carefully, keeping some chunks intact for texture. Mash slightly if a smoother dip is preferred.
  4. Taste and season with salt sparingly, adjusting lemon juice or pepper as desired.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld and dip thicken.
  6. Before serving, garnish with chopped chives or parsley. Serve chilled with chips, crudité, or crackers.

Notes

Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creaminess. Adjust salt carefully as blue cheese is naturally salty. For a thinner dip, stir in a teaspoon of milk or water after chilling. Avoid overmixing blue cheese to maintain texture.
